Treaty a formal agrrement between the goverments of two or more countries
Secretary of State a person who supervises all the diplomatic activities of the American goverment
National Security Advisor Director of the national Security Council staff
Secretary of Defence A personn who supervise all the military of the American government
Central Intelligence Agency gathers and collects information regarding goverments economic and armed forces of foreign nations
Executive Agreements agreement made between the president and a head of state
Most-Favored- nation Status to trading partners
Bipartisan consisting of memebers of both major political parties
Embassy An ambassador's offical residence and office in a foreign country.
Consulate office that promotes American bussiness and safe guard its travelors in a foreign country.
Mutal Defense Alliances Agreement between nation to support.
Regional Security Pacts A mutual defense treaty amons nation of a region.
North Atlantic Treaty A treaty that states the parties agree that are armed attacks against one or more of them in Europe or North America shall be considered an attack againist them all
Multilateral Treaties Interantional agreement signed by several nations
Bilateral Treaties agreement between two nations
Collective Security a system by which the participatins nation agree to take joint action against a nation that attacks anyone of them.
Agency for International administers American programs of economic aid worldwide.
Sanction A measure such as withholding economic aid to influence a foreign governments activities.
