TermDefinition
Solemnity A state of feeling both sad and serious.
Encounter To come upon or meet something or someone.
Exile A person thrown out from his or her native land who is not allowed to come back.
Pneumonia An illness caused by an inflammation of the lungs that involves coughing, difficulty breathing, and fever.
Martyr A person who willingly dies for a greater cause.
Noble A person of good moral character.
Clad Dressed or covered.
Alleviate To make something easier to experience.
Sympathy To share feelings with another person, especially in sadness.
Unconfined Not restricted to or held in an area.
Cavalcade A formal group of people walking, on horseback, or riding in vehicles.
