What was one of Great Britain's main exports? spices
What is true about education in colonial New York? Most children were educated at home.
What is true about everyday life in New York in the 1700's? Adults and children worked hard on their chores.
How did most New Yorkers make a living in colonial times? They raised and sold crops.
Why was New York's location important for trade? They were located near water so it was easier to import and export.
Who had more years of schooling? Boys often went to school for more years than girls.
