East and West Asia!!

Subcontinent A huge region that is smaller than a continent
Tectonic Plates Cracks in the Earth's crust
Archipelago A chain of islands (Ex- Japan)
Monsoon Seasonal winds in Asia (Can be wind or rain)
Terraces A flat area carved into a mountain (Used for farming)
Ring of fire A chain of volcanic islands as well as multiple other underwater volcanoes.
Tsunami A big wave caused by earthquakes.
Typhoons Huge rainstorms that are the equivalent to a hurricane. (In eastern hemisphere)
Homogenous Ethnically similar.
Peninsula An area of land that is surrounded on three sides by water.
Climate A state in the atmosphere at a certain location over long periods of time. (Almost like an average of temperature and weather)
Natural Resource A resource that is natural and helpful to living things.
Loess A type of fine, yellowish, fertile soil.
Delta Landforms at the mouth of a river.
Fishery A place where lots of fish are caught.
Arabian Sea Off of the southern coast of Yemen and Oman.
Bay of Bengal Off of the South-East coast of India, South of Bangladesh.
Indian Ocean Directly South of India.
Himalayan Mountains Tallest mountain range in the world. Home to Mt. Everest. Known as the "Rooftop of the World!"
Indus River Begins in Tibet, runs through India and ends in Pakistan.
Ganges River Begins in India, Ends in Bangladesh.
Huang He (Yellow River) Known for it's yellowish color. Nicknamed "China's Sorrow." Starts in China, empties in the Yellow Sea.
Mekong River Begins in the Tibetan plateau, runs through China, Myanmar (Burma), Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and ends in Vietnam.
Yangtze River (Chang Jiang) Longest river in China. South of the Huang He river. Starts and ends in China.
Sea of Japan West of Japan, North-East of N. and S. Korea.
South China Sea South of China, in-between Vietnam and the Philippines.
Yellow Sea End of the Huang He (Yellow river). East of China.
Gobi Desert A desert in China. North of the Taklimakan desert. Known for it's chilly climate.
Taklimakan Desert A desert in China. South of the Gobi desert. Known for its grassland like features.
Korean Peninsula A peninsula where North and South Korea is located.
