What are components of wellness? Physical, environmental, mental, spiritual, social, and emotional health.
What is exercise? Exercise is when you are doing physical activity to purposely gain muscle/ lose weight.
What do you have to be to be considered well? You must be at your peak for all 6 components of wellness (social, physical, environmental, mental, spiritual, and emotional health).

Do I need to wear sport equipment when playing sports? Yes, sport equipment are designed to help protect you while playing sports.
Why should you follow the sport rules? You need to follow sport rules to keep everyone on the same page and to also keep them safe.
I should just do a exercise program without seeing a medical professional. No, seeing a medical professional before starting a new exercise program would be a very smart idea. The medical professional can determine your limits while exercising and can also see if your exercise program is reasonable.
Can impact give you a concussion? Yes, impact can end up giving you a concussion because your brain is floating in a liquid and when you accelerate it still will be floating but if you crash into another person your brain will crash into you skull causing your brain to not function correc
You should never listen to your body and play through the pain. This is false. You always want to listen to your body and you never want to play through pain. Playing through pain can end with further injury.
What does stopping/twisting injure? Stopping and twisting injures ligament and tendon damage.
