Saratoga is often called the turning point for the Revolutionary War...why? (POQ2R) Saratoga is often called the turning point of the Revolutionary War because this was where we won one of our first battles. Also because this was where we convinced France to become our ally.
What hardships did the American soldiers face at Valley Forge? (POQ2H) Some hardships that the American soldiers faced at Valley Forge were that they were very short on food. Also many of the soldiers got frostbite and had to have things amputated. Lastly, they were short on all supplies like blankets and shelters.
