Lose-Lose its the attitude of "if I'm going down I'm taking you with me" this causes envy and jealousy, causing you to put others down.
Win-Win or no deal Having this kind of attitude allows a person to be a great team player and succeed better in life. allowing you to be able to walk away before someone loses.
