enslaved to enslave is to force people to do something against their will.
mainland the mainland is the land that is a part of a continent.
colonies a colony is a place ruled by another country.
circumnavigate circumnavigate means ro sail all the way around.
tributaries a tributary is a river or stream that runs into a larger river or stream.
log a log is a journal written by the captin of the ship to record the events that happen on the trip.
