What are the sensory terms to evaluate smell? Burnt, Fruity, Spicy
What is our taste linked to? Sense of smell, mouthfeel, tastebuds
What are sensory terms to evaluate taste? Sweet, Salty, Sour, Spicy
What is texture evaluated by? Sight, Touch
What are sensory terms to evaluate texture? Dry, Moist, Lumpy, Chewy
What can garnishes be? Savoury or Sweet
What are some savoury garnishes? Herbs, Cream, Lemon wedges, Spring onion tassels
What are some sweet garnishes? Icing sugar, Cocoa powder, Whipped cream, Nuts, Chocolate
