11.what were the functions of the confederation? defend the country, pay its debts,maintain relationships with other countries, and set postal service up for mail going between states
12.how did Georgia get money to pay its debt? Asked each state for money and got money from the sale of property confiscated from loyalist.

14.what was the superior court in charge of? overseeing elections, controlling roads, providing aid for the poor
