Criminal Cases are Punishment for an offense against person or society.
Civil Cases are A plaintiff claims a loss. Defendant argues there is no responsibility on their part.
Mediation or Arbitration Review case and argue a settlement.
INJUNCTION- A court order to halt a person or a group to stop in action.
What can order a person to go to court? A summons.
Agrees to plead guilty but to a lesser charge- Plea Bargaining.
" THE WHOLE TRUTH " is a? Testimony.
What are some cilvil cases? Divorce, Negligence, Breach of contract, Inequity, Ect.
