Arrow keys Cursor movement keys or arrow keys are buttons on a computer keyboards that are either programmed or designated to move the cursor in a specified direction.
Alternate (Alt) On a computer keyboard is used to change (alternate) the function of other pressed keys. Thus, the Alt key is a modifier key,used in a similar fashion to the Shift key.
Backspace Deletes the character at the position, and shifts back the text after that position by one position.
Caps Lock Is a button on a computer keyboard that, when pressed, causes all letters to be generated in capitals until deactivated. It is located in the position of a similar Shift lock key(and sometimes a Ctrl key) found in a some other keyboard layouts.
Control (Ctrl) Is a modifier key which, when pressed in conjunction with another key, performs a special operation(for example,Ctrl+C); similar to the Shift key, the Control key rarely performs any function when pressed itself.
Delete A command or key on a computer that erases text.
End Come or bring to a final point;finish.
Enter A key on a computer keyboard that is used to perform various functions, such as executing a command or selecting options on a menu.
Escape (Esc) Is a key found on the top-left corner of a computer keyboard and allows the user to abort or cancel an operation.
Home A home page typically contains hypertext and navigation buttons that allows the user to navigate the sites by clicking them with a mouse and invoking hyperlinks to other pages and even other sites known as page and web Page.
Insert A thing that has been inserted
Num Lock Is a key on the numeric keypad of most computer keyboards it is a lock key,like Caps Lock
Page Up A key commonly found on computer keyboards that scrolls the page up.
Page Down A key commonly found on computer keyboards that scrolls that page down
Shift A key on computer keyboards that gives the other keys an alternate meaning. When combined with with alphabetic keys, the Shift key causes the system to output a capital letter.
Tab To move the cursor on a display screen or the printhead on a printer to a specified column(the tab stop). Pressing the Tab key on a keyboard moves the screen cursor horizontally to the right.
