Spain and the Government

Spain has got a monarch. Is the monarch part of the National Government? No, the monarch is separate from the National Government.
What are the two parts of parliament? The congress and the senate.
Who writes the laws? The congress and the senate (the parliament).
Who votes for the Prime Minister? The congress votes for the Prime Minister.
How many Autonomous Communities are there in Spain? There are seventeen autonomous communities.
Who votes for the Congress? The citizens vote for the congress.
Spain has got a Prime Minister. Is the Prime Minister part of the National Government? Yes, the Prime Minister leads the National Government.
What document explains the rights and responsibilities of Spanish citizens? The Spanish Constitution explains the rights and responsibilities of the Spanish citizens.
What year was the Spanish Constitution created? It was created in 1978.
What is the currency in the European Union? The Euro.
Autonomous communities have 4 symbol: a flag... a capital, a coat of arms, and an anthem.
