What are the two main questions asked in the Preamble? Why they are writing it? (to form a perfect union) What were the goals? (establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the cmmon defense, promote the genreal welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty)
How is the Constitution divided? By Articles, sections, and clauses
What are articles? The major divisions
What is a section? Divisions of an article
What is a clause divisions of a section
What are the three branches of ovt.? Legislative, exucutive, and judical
What power does the leislative branch hold? creates laws, (congress)
What power does the executive branch hold? enforce laws, (president)
What power does the judical branch hold? interprets laws, (supreme court)
