This is a study stack for the War of 1812.

Battle Plattsburgh The Battle of Plattsburgh was the first battle in the War of 1812. The Americans secured lake Champlain and won.
Battle of Lake Erie The Battle of Lake Erie was an American victory, it involved Oliver Hazard Perry, and secured lake Erie.
Battle of Thames The Battle of Thames was an American Victory and Tecumseh is killed.
Battle of York The Battle of York many government buildings are burnt, but was an American victory.
Battle of Washington DC The Battle of Washington DC the British won, and burnt the white house and capital building.
Battle of Baltimore The Battle of Baltimore Fort McHengry was built, this battle was a close one, but the Americans won
The treaty of Ghent The treaty of Ghent no one in America knew the treaty was signed, so the battles continued, no land gain for either side.

Battle of New Orleans The Battle of New Orleans A large American win (but not counted a win because of the treaty)
