Chapter 6 Hebrews

| Moses | The leader of the Hebrews that led them out of enslavement in Egypt. |
| Sinai Desert | The place that the Hebrews escaped to when they left Egypt. |
| The Exodus | The name for the Hebrews' escape from Egypt. |
| Mount Sinai | Moses led the Hebrews to Mount Sinai where he received a message from God. The message was the Ten Commandments. |
| Covenant | An agreement. Yahweh wanted the Hebrews to renew their covenant to worship him as the one true God, and he would lead them back to Canaan. |
| Ten Commandments | The laws God gave to the Hebrews to follow to lead a just and true life. |
| Ramses II | The pharaoh thought to have tried to stop the Hebrews from leaving Egypt. |
| Joshua | He succeeded Moses as the new leader and general of the Hebrews. |
