Decline a gradual and continuous loss of strength, numbers, quality, or value
Motive producing physical or mechanical motion
Alliance. a relationship based on an affinity in interests, nature, or qualities.
Establish set up (an organization, system, or set of rules) on a firm or permanent basis.
Charter a written grant by a country's legislative or sovereign power, by which an institution such as a company, college, or city is created and its rights and privileges defined.
Sustain strengthen or support physically or mentally.
Representative Government An electoral system where citizens vote to elect people to represent their interests and concerns.
Pilgrim a person who journeys to a sacred place for religious reasons.
