Geography Concepts

Describing a location by using exact location mostly by mostly using cordenants with longitude and latitude. Absolute location
The main land masses on earth Contenint
Giving directions by using things you remember like a building or a picture in your mind. Relative Location
A half of earth created by the Prime Meridean and the Equator Hemisphere
An imaginary line that separates the earth into the Northern and the Southern Hemisphere Equator

The distance north or south on the earth surface. Latitude
The distance east or west on the earths surface. Longitude
The temperature of an area or location. Ex: Hot, mild, wet, dry, or cold. Climate
Something that a country has an abundance of or something you can find in a Rainforest or somewhere never runs out of something. Natural Resource
Where people live and how wealthy people are seperated from the poor people. Population Distribution
When two countrys trade something like apples for oarnges. Ex: You and your friend traded your lunches. Trade
