What does Pueblo mean? It means town.
What happened in 1845? U.S took over control of Texas.
What state did the U.S buy? They bought Alaska.
What were the first industries in the region? Mining,logging,movie and major tourism.
What does Los Angeles and the long beach in California share? They share one very important port on the pacific ocean.
What was Denver Colorado found? It was found as mining town.
Utah has many Mormons, what does that mean? Members of the Church Of Jesus Christ.
What Countries created a free trade zone? Canada and Mexico.
What is caused by harvesting too many trees for lumber? Erosion is caused by that.
What state had little rain fall? Mississippi had little rain fall.
What is one of the natrul desasters? Drout is one.
Is tourism an important industry? Yes it is an important industry.
Do national parks in the west attract tourists? Yes they do attract most tourists.
In the past, Americans moved where? They moved to the west because of the land and natural resources.
