1st amendment Freedom of religion can't have more than one spouse. Guarantees separation of church and state. Obscenity is not protected under first amendmendment,speech offense. All rights linked together. Acts like an anchor for all the other rights in the amendment
2nd amendment and 3rd amendment 2-5 amendments protects against gov. abuse of power
4th amendment Sometimes known as the privacy amendment , protects Americans against unreasonable searches and seizures
5th amendment More Fifth amendment protects an accused person from getting accuse again which is called Double Jeopardy
6th amendment 5-6 are talking about accused crimes. If the accused person can't pay a lawyer the government provides one
7th amendment
8th amendment
9th amendment
10th amendment
Libel and Slander Form of speech that makes false statements with intent to harm
Eminent Domain The right of the government to take private property
Civil case is a case where there is no crime involved, it's just a case where a product is poorly made and the manufacturer needs to pay the medical expenses.
