Are The US armed forces still in the Middle East today ? Yes , there have been troops in the middle east since the 2001 bombing on the World Trade Centers and the Pentagon .
What was Saddam Hussein convicted with ? He was convicted for the use of chemical weapons against Kurd and Iranians . Also for the deaths of many Iraqis.
