What did the Aztecs build? The Aztecs built a great empire.
What kind of people were the Aztecs? The Aztecs were agrarian who mainly farmed.
What classes were the Aztecs divided into? They were divided into two groups, Nobles and Commoners.
What clothes did the commoners wear? They wore woven clothes from coarse fibers.
Who did the slaves work for? They worked for the nobles families.
How were teachers treated by the children? They were highly respected.
What were some of the commoner's duties? 'Some of the commoners were farmers.
What were other jobs that the commoners had? Some of the commoners had to make fine art work for the nobles.
What were the Aztecs dedicated to? They were dedicated to the practice of war.
Who selected the kings? The council of nobles selected the king.
Who helped the king run the government? A group of five royal advisors helped helped the king.
Who led the districts? The district kings led these districts.
What was the Aztec government based on? The Aztec government was based on a strong ruler.
What was tribute to the Aztecs? Tribute were goods, like clothing, military supplies, jewelry, food, and building materials.
What two things were linked closely together? the two things that were closely linked were government and religion.
How many gods did the Aztecs worship? the Aztecs worshiped hundreds of gods.
Who was the most important god? The most important god to the Aztecs was, Huitzilopochi.
What did the Aztecs perform? The Aztecs performed ritual sacrifices.
Who were most of the victims that would get sacrificed? Most of the victims who got sacrificed were prisoners.
