Laissez Faire A policy of letting things take their own course without interference.
Federal Government One central government and several local governments.
Basic idea of democracy Keep a balance between personal freedom and the law.
Parliamentary System Power derives from the central government that is elected by the people.
Substantive due process Why the law states it has to be fair.
Procedural due process How the government does its procedures.
Civil liberties Rights to protect us from the government.
Civil rights Obligations that make the laws fair.
Article 1: The legislative branch
Article 2: The Executive branch
Article 3: The judicial branch
Article 4: The States
Article 5: Amendment
Article 6: Debts, Supremacy, Oaths.
Article 7: Ratification.
