| Battle of the Bulge | Last major German offensive, Located in Belgium, France, and Luxembourg . Largest American causality rate in one operation. December 16th 1944- January 25th 1945. |
| Battle of Coral Sea | May 4-8th 1942. Japan's imperial navy Vs American and Australian ships. First time that Allies checked Japanese advances. Helped lead to victory at Midway. |
| Battle of Midway | June 4-7 1942 . Most decisive battle of the Pacific theatre. American victory lead to Japan unable to secure the Pacific. |
