TermDefinition
Proposal a plan or suggestion, especially a formal or written one, put forward for consideration or discussion by others.
Reform make changes in something, typically a social, political, or economic institution or practice in order to improve it.
Refugee a person who has been forced to leave their country in order to escape war, persecution, or natural disaster.
Bipartisan of or involving the agreement or cooperation of two political parties that usually oppose each other's policies.: "educational reform received considerable bipartisan approval".
Ethnic of or relating to a population subgroup (within a larger or dominant national or cultural group) with a common national or cultural tradition.
discriminatory making or showing an unfair or prejudicial distinction between different categories of people or things, especially on the grounds of race, age, or sex.
Oppressed subject to harsh and authoritarian treatment.: "oppressed racial minorities" "his sympathies were with the oppressed".
Immigrant a person who comes to live permanently in a foreign country
