This one gives us freedom of religion, the press, the right to assemble, and speech; for this number, you don't have far to reach. First Amendment
The right to bear arms belongs to you; so, c'mon and remember it's Amendment ______ Two
This one keeps you worry free. No soldiers in your house; it's number ____. Three
No unreasonable search and seizures ever at your door. That's the promise of Amendment number ____. Four
Only a Grand Jury can indict; due process (yes), and double jeopardy (no) means the law is tight. Eminent domain says it's your land, they can't take it or linger. And you plead this one in court so never at yourself, do you have to point the finger. Fifth Amendment
This one means you get a fair and speedy trial; you can confront your accusers with a great big smile. It also means you have a right to a lawyer, on that there are no trick. We're talking about Amendment Number ___. Six
When you're entitled to a trial by jury you can say you're in heave; I'm talking here about Amendment ____ Seven.
No cruel and unusual punishment; no excessive bail sounds great. This one, of course, is Amendment _____. Eight
Just because the Constitution lists your rights;doesn't mean the gov can step on the other rights it doesn't list. Don't you think that's fine? We're talking here, about Amendment ___. Nine.
If the Constitution doesn't forbid it or name it by pen, all the rest of the powers belong to the people, says Amendment ____ Amendment Ten
