Air Mass A huge Body of air that has similar tempuarture and air pressure
Tropical a warm air mass that forms in the tropics and has low pressure
Polar A cold air mass that forms in cold areas and have low pressure
Maritime A humid air mass that forms over oceans
Continental A dry air mass that forms over land
Front The boundry where unlike air masses meet but dont mix
Snow Water drops that fall and become solid when the tempurature is below frezing
Rain Water drops that fall when the tempurature is above frezing
Sleet Snow that falls through a layer of warm air, melts and refrezes near the ground
Hail Water drops that freeze in layers around a small nuclei of ice during thunder storms
Humitity The amount of water vapor in a given volume of air
Saturation when air is holding its maximum amount of water vapor
Relative Humidity The percentage of water vapor in the air compared to the maximum amount of water vapor that the air can contain at a certain tempuarture
