Why Gov't are needed and vocab terms

QuestionAnswer
List 3 reasons why Governments are needed? 1= to protect lives, keep order, protect property. 2= settle disagreements $ protect from foreign attack, 3= provide services individuals can do for themselves.
What is a Sovereign government? It is a country that has borders or boundaries that separate it from other countries. Sovereign means that there is no higher power than the Government with in this country.
What is Popular Sovereignty? It means the people in that Country vote for the leaders and rules that are made in that country.
List 4 ways national governments interact with each other. 1= Treaties=contract/agreements between countries. 2=Military conflicts, 3=International meetings like "United Nations" 4=Diplomacy and negotiations like Ambassadors/represents our country as they live in other countries Or negotiate/compromise on issues.
