Accent Discrimination Unjustified discrimination against workers that speak with and accent.

Census A count of all citizens,non-citizen legal residents and non-citizen long term visitors.
Charitable Choice Refers to legislative and other proposals that would allow or expand federal funding.
Consent Decree An agreement entered into by the mutual accord of both parties in a lawsuit.
Culture Poverty A thesis made prominent in the civil rights debate.
Desegregation The breaking down of imposed racial separation.
Digital Divide Refers to less affluent,often minority American's disproportionately.
Disability An individual is considered to have a disability.
Disparate Impact Refers to employment or other practices that have an adverse impact.

Food stamps A supplemental program providing the poor with vouchers
