Popular Sovereignty The people of the territory get to decide(vote)on the issue of slavery.
Abolitionist People who view slavery as immoral and want it gone now.
Underground Railroad A network or safe houses used by escaped slaves to reach freedom(free-states).
Wyandotte Constitution Free-state Constitution- gave some rights to women (our state constitution).
Topeka Constitution free-state constitution didn't gain support-thought to be made illegally(convention didn't have authority to make one).
