Leisure time the time left over from your normal routine to do what you want to do
Active Leisure This type of leisure includes some form of physical or mental exertion
Passive Leisure These are activities that do not include any physical or mental energy

Intrinsic reward something that gives a person or individual an internal satisfaction derived from doing something well
Extrinsic reward something that is done for a particular reward that is visible to others
