Soccer: Goalie The only player on the field that can use their hands and/or punt the ball. They play net.
Soccer: Fullback The defense position
Soccer: Halfback(Midfield) Offense and defense
Soccer: Forward Offense
What is a Kickoff? It is used to start the game and after a goal is scored. The Ball must be passed forward across the midfield line to a teammate to begin.
What is a Throw-In? It is used to put the ball into play after the ball is kicked out of bounds over the sideline. Two hands are on the ball and the balls goes behind your head before releasing. Both feet must remain in contact with the ground.
What is a Corner Kick? Used when the defensive team kinks the ball out of bounds over the end line.
What is a Goal Kick? Use when the offensive team kicks the ball out of bounds over the end line.
What is Goal? It is when you score. It is worth 1 point. The ball crosses the goal line into the net between the two posts.
What is Fitness? Stretching, Push Ups, Curl Ups, Mile Run, Aerobic(air) Exercise, Agilities, Anaerobic exercises.
Aerobic means? "with oxygen"
Aerobic Activities are? Activities that are vigorous enough to elevate(increase) the heart rate into the target heart rate zone. Aerobic activities are exercises that increase cardiovascular(heart) endurance. Running the mile, biking, rollerblading
Anaerobic means? "without oxygen"
Anaerobic activities are? These are intense activities that last for short periods of time. They increase your speed and ability to move quickly with ease. Scissor jumps, weight lifting, sprinting, push ups.
