OMD Causes of Pain

OMD Interrogation: Pain (causes)

CausesSymptoms
Qi Stagnation distension/bloating more than pain, distending pain, no fixed location, comes and goes
Liver Yang Rising chronic headaches with distending, throbbing pain
Blood Stagnation Severe pain, boring or stabbing pain, fixed location, purple, worse at night
Cold cramping, spastic pain
Damp Heat Burning pain w/ fullness and heaviness
External Wind Occipital headache and stiffness
Retention of Food intense pain w/ feeling of fullness
Phlegm joints pain (Rheumatoid arthritis)
