What does invade mean? Invade is to enter and affect.
What does "law of the land" refer to? English common law.
What does document mean? A paper with evidence.
Who led each side of the battle of the Hastings? William ,the duke Normandy and the King of Enhland.
What is a parliament? A parliament is a gathering of representatives who make laws.
