TermDefinition
Reparations The making of amends for a wrong one has done, by paying money to or otherwise helping those who have been wronged.
Fascism An authoritarian and nationalistic right-wing system of government and social organization.
Dictator A ruler with total power over a country, typically one who has obtained power by force.
Genocide The deliberate killing of a large group of people, especially those of a particular ethnic group or nation.
WW2 A war fought from 1939 to 1945 between the Axis powers — Germany, Italy, and Japan — and the Allies, including France and Britain, and later the Soviet Union and the United States.
Rationing Allow each person to have only a fixed amount of (a particular commodity).
Black Market An illegal traffic or trade in officially controlled or scarce commodities.
Holocaust Destruction or slaughter on a mass scale, especially caused by fire or nuclear war.
