| automatic page break | a page break excel inserts whenever it runs out of the room on a page. |
| copy | to place a copy of selected text on the clipboard or the office clipboard |
| cut | to remove selected text and place it on the clipboard or the iffice clipboard. |
| fill handle | the black square in the lower-right corner of the active cell or range that you drag over the cells you want to fill. |
| filling | copying a cells contents and formatting into an adjacent cell or range. |
| footer | text that is printed at the bottom of each page |
| freeze panes | to keep selected rows and columns of the worksheet visible on the screen as the rest of the worksheet scrolls. |
