confederation local government holds all the power

What is the Indian National Congress? a two-house legislature made up of
What is citizen participation considered? Democratic government
Who holds local power in India's government? Local power is in the hands of village councils, called panchayats
What type of government does China have? a one-party system and all political power rests with the Chinese Communist party
What type of government does Japan have? an emperor and that makes it a constitutional monarchy
Who is the legislative branch in a presidential democracy? Congress
Who is the judicial branch? The Supreme Court
Who is head of the executive branch? the President
