Where was the Constitutional Convention held? It was held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in their State House.
Why were they meeting for the Constitutional Convention? They were meeting because they planned to fix the Articles because the States had too much power.
What did they actually do at the Constitutional Convention? They actually rewrote the Articles and named the second attempt The Constitution.
