Why did the Constitution Convention take place? 55 delegates from every state met up to strengthen the Articles of Confederation
What happened during the Convention? The 55 delegates rewrote the Articles and called it the constitution

Why was the 3/5 compromise needed? An argument came up about whether or not slaves should be counted in the population. South wanted more people so they could have more represenatives
What was the 3/5 compromise It was a compromise where the slaves counted as 3/5 the population. So, 3 out of every 5 slaves
