What is the purpose of feudalism? The purpose of feudalism was to bring order and control.
What responsibilities did monarchs have in the feudal system? The responsibilities of the monarchs are to give protection to the vassals.
What responsibilities did lords have in the feudal system? The responsibilities of the lords in the feudal system were to manage and defend his land and the people who worked it.
What responsibilities did knights have in the feudal system? The responsibilities of the knights were to use and not break the code of chivalry and to protect the people in the kingdom, but most importantly to protect the monarchs.
What responsibilities did peasants have in the feudal system? The responsibilities of the peasants were to grow crops, make food for the higher classes, be maids in the manor/castle, and they were basically serfs in the feudal system.
