What is concentric and eccentric? Concentric a pulling movement towards you and eccenctric is a pushing movement away from you

Where would you find a hinge joint? Elbow, knee
What does synovial fluid do? Lubricates the joint
what are the muscles are used in the respiratory system? inter-costals and diaphram
Name three pairs of muscles that work together? bicep/tricep, quadracep/hamstring, trapezius/deltoids, abdominals/erecta spinae
What are the names of the 4 valves of the heart? Aortic, mitral, pulmonary and tricuspid
