What was the name of the famous battle? Battle of Fallen Timbers
What was the Treaty of Greenville? A treaty that gave the US access to some Indian lands in the Northwest Territory and garunteed safe travel for US citizens crossing Indian lands in the region.
What happened to tax collectors during the Whiskey Rebellion? they were tarred and feathered.
Who led an army of 10,000 soldiers to get these rebellious farmers under control?Why? Washington & Hamilton because he feared that the rebels threatened the federal government's security.
How many terms did Washington serve as president. 2 terms.
Why did he not want to run again, and what message did he hope this would send to Americans? It weakened his health,he was tired of politics,and that he hoped he was not their king and that the people were the true leaders of the nation.
