location : absolute location the exact spot using longitude and latitude
location : relative location using local landmarks to find where a place is located
longitude lines imaginary lines that run parallel to the prime meridian
latitude lines Imaginary lines that run parallel to the equator
place : physical features Climate, landforms, bodies of water, plant life, and animal life
place : human characteristics cities, towns, governments, and cultural traditions
movement : main part of movement... migration It means to move from one area and settle in another
movement : migration......immigrate to move to an area
movement : migration......emigrate to move to an area and bring your ideas and customs with you
human/environment interaction this happens when humans depend on, adapt to, and modify the world around them
movement: transportation
