Who were the First Americans? The First Americans came from Siberia over the land bridge or Beringia during the Ice Age. They got stuck there when the Ice Age ended and the land bridge went back under the water. Chapter 1, Section 2
How did the First Americans adapt to their environment? The American Indians adapted to their environment by using their resources to the fullest. They made clothes out of everything they could find. Chapter 1, section 3
How did the First Americans view the environment? The First Americans viewed the environment as though everything was living and had a spirit. They also thought that everything had a certain God. Chapter 1, Section 4
