| Stock | The shares of a particular company or corporation. |
| Incorporate | To form a legal corporation. |
| Share | The full or proper portion or part allotted or belonging to or contributed or owed by an individual or group. |
| Stock Market | A particular market where stocks and bonds are traded; stock exchange. |
| Trade | The act or process of buying, selling, or exchanging commodities, at either wholesale or retail, within a country or between countries. |
| License | Formal permission from a governmental or other constituted authority to do something, as to carry on some business or profession. |
| Index | It is a tool used by investors and financial managers to describe the market, and to compare the return on specific investments. |
| Gamble | To stake or risk money, or anything of value, on the outcome of something involving chance. |
| Stock Ticker | The abbreviation of a stock. |
| Bull Market | A market in which share prices are rising, encouraging buying. |
| Spread | Open out (something) so as to extend its surface area, width, or length. |
| Ask Price | The lowest price a prospective seller is willing to accept. |
| Split | Break or cause to break forcibly into parts, especially into halves or along the grain. |
| Shareholder | An owner of shares in a company. |
| Invest | Expend money with the expectation of achieving a profit or material result by putting it into financial schemes, shares, or property, or by using it to develop a commercial venture. |
| Asset | A useful or valuable thing, person, or quality. |
| Buy Low, Sell High | Buying stock in one or more companies when prices are low, and selling them after prices have increased, in order to generate profit. |
| Investor | Someone who provides (or invests) money or resources for an enterprise, such as a corporation, with the expectation of financial or other gain. |
| Stockbroker | A broker who buys and sells securities on a stock exchange on behalf of clients. |
| Commision | An order for someone to do something and get paid. |
| Gauge | The thickness, size, or capacity of something, especially as a standard measure, in particular. |
| Predict | Say or estimate that (a specified thing) will happen in the future or will be a consequence of something. |
| Bear Market | A market in which prices are falling, encouraging selling. |
| Bid | Offer (a certain price) for something, especially at an auction. |
| Tick | The minimum upward or downward movement in the price of a security. |
| Volume | The number of shares or contracts traded in a security or an entire market during a given period of time. It is simply the amount of shares that trade hands from sellers to buyers as a measure of activity. |
| Stock Exchange | A market in which securities are bought and sold. |
| Option | Contracts giving the owner the right to buy or sell an asset at a fixed price (called the “strike price”) for a specific period of time. |
