What year was oligarch made? 800 BC
Who had power in democracy? All the people
Who had power in monarchy? One person, the king
Who had power in tyranny? An unlawful king
Who had power in oligarchy? 2-5 people
How did monarchs get power? Earlier, they were elected Later, they were the oldest son of a king and he died.
How did oligarchs get power? They demanded it from the king
How did tyrants get power? They helped the people revolt against oligarchs
How did democracy get power? Everyone got sick of tyranny and revolted
How did monarchy lose power? The aristocrats demanded power from the king
How did tyranny lose power? People got sick of tyrants and revolted
How did democracy lose power? Nothing got done so they returned to monarchy
How did oligarchy lose power? People revolted with army heros
