Why did the Algonquian and the Jamestown fight? Because Jamestown people were stealing from the Algonquian.

What was a problem in Jamestown? They did not go far enough upstream to get away from the salt water.
What happened in the Starving time. Colonists trapped in Jamestown Fort due to bad relations with Algonquian. Low food supply. Resort to cannibalism.
