Yangtze River One of the world's busiest waterways.
Digital Satellite Images Photographs of the Earth taken by satellites.
tributary A smaller body of water joining a larger one.
Geographic Information Systems Information about a specific location that is located on a computer.
Life Expectancy The number of years a person is expected to live.
Infant Mortality Rate The number of deaths during the first year of life per 1,000 live births.
Demography Describes the characteristics and vital statistics of groups of people.
Geographic Tools Things used by cartographers to gather, process and report information about people, places, and environments.
