| Culture | Way of life of a group of people who share common beliefs and traditions |
| Economics | A system of producing, distributing, and consuming wealth and resources |
| Natural Resource | Resources which come from the Earth |
| Capital Resources | Human-made resources that are used to create other goods or services |
| Developed Contries | Contries that have a high percentage of manufacturing and quality of life is generally good |
| Developing Countries | Countries that have a high percentage of agriculture and basic needs are not always met |
| Monarchy | Type of political system in which power is helsd by a single person usually born into power who may or may not share the power with the people |
| Demographics | Statistical data of human populations |
| Agriculture | The raising of crops or animals for human use |
| Industrialization | The process of changing an economy to rely more on manufacturing and less on farming |
| Culture Diffusion | Process of spreding new knowledge, skills, or products to oter cultures |
| Deforestation | The process of clearing forestland |
| Non-Renewable | A natural resource that our Earth cannot replenish |
| Irrigation | Watering of dry lands by means of canals or pipes |
| Desertification | Process by which grasslands change to desert and land suitible for farming is lost |
