Willam Mckinley President from 1897-1901. Was involved in the Spanish American war, and the annexation of hawaii.
Theodore Roosevelt President from 1901-1909. Establish the Panama Canal. Known for trust busting and big stick diplomacy as well as roosvelt corollary.
William Howard Taft President from 1909-1913.Known for his dollar diplamcy.
Woodrow Wilson President from 1913-1921.Advocated women's suffrage. President who got the U.S. involved in world war I. Proposed 14 points.
Warren G. Harding President from 1921-1923. Called for a return to normalcy. Known for the teapot dome scandal.
Herbert Hoover President from 1929-1933. President who got brought the U.S. into the Great Depression.
Franklin D. Roosevelt President from 1932-1945. Longest elected president.Pulled country from the great depression. Known for his new deal policy. Declared war on Japan after Pearl Harbor.
Harry s. Truman President from 1945-1953. Brought world war II to an end. Established the truman doctorine which contained communism.
Dwight D. Eisenhower President from 1953-1961. Created the interstate highway. Extended U.S containment policy in the middle east.
John F. Kinnedy. Presidnet from 1961-1963. New frontier policy and space race.
Lydon B. Johnson President from 1963-1968. Great society and involved us in the veitname war.
Richard Nixon President from 1969-1974. Normalized relations with china.Intoduced detente with soviet union. Watergate scandal. Ended vietnam war.
Ronald Reagan President from 1981-1989. Introduced reagonomics which reduced taxes & regulations to encourage business activity. Saw the beginning of the end of cold war. Peace through strenth.
Bill Clinton President from 1993-2001. Affair scandal.
